Position Description

Located conveniently between Tucson and El Paso! Near the border of New Mexico, the hills, cliffs, and box canyons of this city are a treasure-hunter’s paradise, rich with natural specimens. The land holds clues to a layered history of pioneers and varied fortune seekers as well.

Facility: This is a private, not-for-profit corporation providing quality primary and preventive care located throughout Arizona and dedicated to promoting healthier lives through affordable, accessible and integrated primary care.

Opportunity: Seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner for a full time, permanent position at an outpatient clinic. This position offers the opportunity to work with a high level of independence in an integrated setting. Schedule is flexible and can be Monday-Thursday or Tuesday- Friday 7am-6pm. (Lunch is 12-1) No call/weekends/holidays required. Provider will be solo and seeing all age groups. Average patients per day: 20-25. EMR: NexGen. Credentialing time: 30 days. Current AZ license required.

Compensation: Competitive pay plus RVU bonuses for additional income. Full benefits including Health, Vision, and Dental insurance as well as access to a 401(k) plan and loan repayment are offered. Generous PTO accrual rate, up to 11 paid holidays and CME stipend and time off included.
