Job Title: Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) – Urgent Care

Location: Midland, TX, and Big Spring, TX

Job Type: Full-time 12 Hours Day Shifts or PRN

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our

urgent care team in Midland and Big Spring, TX. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality,

patient-centered care in a fast-paced clinical setting. This is an excellent opportunity for

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of acute and non-emergent

conditions in patients of all ages.

• Perform minor procedures, including wound care, suturing, splinting, and I&D.

• Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as X-rays and lab work.

• Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans in line with current

guidelines.

• Provide patient education and counsel regarding treatment options, medications,

and preventative care.

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record

(EMR) system.

Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted NP or PA license in Texas.

• National certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or

primary care preferred.

• Proficient in performing minor procedures.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions.
